Shockingly bad. Refused to refund some unopened plasters or even swap them with ones of the same price. They lie to and cheat people by claiming "it's medicine". The most shockingly rude service I’ve ever received in my entire life. No exaggeration here. Over the phone was being patronised when they’re in a healthcare role and should be the one’s advising and educating on medications and procedures. We use our electronic repeat dispensing service to help you manage and reorder your medications, and we accept acute prescriptions from your GP too. A member of our team can review your medication to make sure you feel confident taking your medicine. This can be especially useful if you have recently been prescribed a new medication following hospital discharge or to treat a longterm condition.
