Unhelpful staff. Consistently poor service. Have stopped using this pharmacy.

Clearly supposed to be open mid-afternoon today, Saturday 3 May 23, but in fact closed. So we cannot collect prescription now until Monday. Reliability is extremely important for a pharmacy.

I phoned to discuss my medications being delivered as I am disabled and am unable to get to the pharmacy myself. On both times the pharmacy said they attempted delivery, I did not receive my medications despite someone being in all day - they also do not acknowledge that it takes me several minutes to get to the door in... read full comment
If you have a prescription, we can help. Our team are qualified to process your script so that you can access the medication you need, when you need it. We accept oneoff prescription requests from your GP, and we can use our electronic repeat dispensing service to process your repeat prescriptions. We can also review your prescription to ensure you feel happy and confident taking your medicines, and we can safely dispose of unwanted medication too.
