Was okay in the past. Now there seem to be less staff at the counters. Staff look miserable and you can literally feel the misery hit you like a freight train as you walk in through the door. What a miserable bunch these lot are!? Clearly not happy in their work place or job!?Deposited some money in my account and the cashier was so unhelpful and rude I felt like closing the account and going elsewhere with my hard earns cash!!Metro bank have a reshuffle fgs!!
