Unit 1 - 2“I had an unresolved issue which I had been trying to sort out for quite some time now, so when I went in to the Harrow store last week I was quite frustrated. I was quite certain that my issue was not going to be resolved yet again, due to my previous experiences. However, I was served by a member of staff called Gowtham. He was very understanding of the situation and proactively did all he could in his power to resolve the issue. My mother and I were extremely impressed by his pleasant mannerism and kind nature. Thank you so much for all your help, I just wanted to express my gratitude to you through this review. You handled the situation very well and managed to rectify it, thank you.”

We were seen to with only a 10min delay so no problem.The appointment was to have my mothers old joint 'book' account changed into a modern account for us both as my father had passed away.Alpana was informative, and just all round perfect really. I had no issues at all and the entire process was about 20mins.”

355 Station Rd“My card and ID got destroyed in a house flood and I had no way of either depositing or withdrawing my money. A wonderful, superb member of staff, Liz Fowler, came to my aid last Monday and showed me how I could deposit without my card. I returned today and not only did she help me and put my mind at ease, she remembered me. That just goes to show that Ms Fowler is one of the finest representatives for Customer Service. Thank you.”
“Great service from the staff in this bank. Sorry I had to leave the queue early after the lady tried hard to help me. I just cannot deal with very busy spaces. Not the branches fault at all. The lady did however advise me that I can book an appointment with my local branch so I’ll do that. I’m quiet happy either way. With so many people in the branch. The staff are doing their best. Bless ‘em.”
