“I had a problem whereby one of staff made an error and didn't allow me to access a service that they should have - it happens. The branch manager got in contact, explained they had offered retraining to the staff and offered to personally go through the issue with me ASAP. People make mistakes, it's how you deal with it that counts - very happy with the service from this branch and Nationwide more generally.”

We had very nice conversations and she was explaining the “London fashion week cocktail” what we have tried and it was incredible. The staff was very helpful and polite as well and we really enjoyed.
