I had a very bad experience in metro Bank Liverpool Street, had to deposit money in My account and the way he ( ZAIN) asked about the source of money was a bit rudeBeen using the bank a long time and always happy with the service

I have been waiting for an hour plus to open my Account . It seems the staff is not there to attend . Tables empty . Still hoping someone will turn up .

Metrobank is always super busy so when there was only one customer being served by three staff, I'd thought I'd take this opportunity to open an account.Was told it would take an hour so I decided to go away as I didn't fancy my lunch break waiting.
