“Really helpful staff who dealt with my queries to the fullest extent. They tried extra hard to explain situations and provided me with a personally tailored customer service experience. A very polite lady here (perhaps the manager) explained some products available to me very openly (pros and cons) with no hard sell. I feel satisfied that I could trust them to help me make sensible choices for any investment. They were honest even about the things they wouldn't be able to help with immediately but persevered to achieve an appropriate and satisfactory solution.”

“Took time to solve issues unlike the King Street branch who brush things aside and handed me a leaflet explaining how to make a complain against his own company .......BUT when we went to Westfield Shopping.... Assistant manager Mr Saif Khan was extremely helpful....went further a mile to get my wife's account sorted.....not even my business banks could give me that much customer time dealing with banking issues. So hands down this is the first branch of bank over my 43 years of doing business and personal banking. This is how Banks should be operated. Good job Mr Khan and thank you for resolving the issues.”
