“Not an encouraging start - phoned the number given for the branch to find out how to register a power of attorney with them. Got told by auto response to use their website for my banking needs ( I am not a customer - the donee was) - then “goodbye”. Useless system - now forced to travel to this branch to see what I need to do …. We shall see what “service” I receive. At the Hammersmith Branch the two staff I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful - arranged an appointment later that day and then did the whole application online with me. Fantastic service in comparison with Barclays.”

“I had a very pleasant experience today at this branch due to a individual by the name of Syma I believe, very polite and helpful and sorted out a task of which I previously came in for but was not completed and which left me with a bad taste of this branch due to a rude staff member however Syma sorted this out with ease and made my day due to her joyful and kind polite character”
