If you get off at Shepherd Bush Station , it should be 2 to 4 mins walk and if you get off at white city tube station then a bus ride and it should take a little less than 10 mins. “My first time visiting a L'occitane store and Nikki (I hope I spelt that right) was incredibly supportive from the moment I walked in. I was looking for a Eid present, and had absolutely no idea what I was looking for, but Nikki was very patient with me and helped me put together a custom box set. She was very friendly and polite, and knew the brand well . . everything you would expect in the realms of customer experience. Being part of the luxury industry myself, I know how important feedback and recognition can be for any company, so I actually went back in to get her name so I can highlight this experience.
