“It is a co-op convenience store, with all the usual range of stuff and opening hours one would expect. Conveniently located on a main road, with common items conveniently located near the tills, the only oddity is that a wheelchair Access ramp at the entry makes for a very fun switchback for kids on wheelies or skateboards (only attempt of ramp not in proper use!) - five stars. Also, queue time usually low as the staff here are usually just plentiful enough to avoid the queues.”

“Very helpful friendly and nice staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Better selection of products than other spar shops I've been too.Only recently joined the spar franchise so it very much retains the pleasant feel of the former family run village shop and treats customers with respect and help ? ?”

“The shop is perfectly functional when it's open & the owners/managers are lovely people. However be aware that the published opening times on the Google site are wrong. Also the website icon takes you to the village hotels & not the village store.”

“I went in to buy a couple of things 10:02pm weekday, thinking it was open till 11pm. Two ladies working there made me aware it was only open till 10 pm, still let me buy what I needed and even asked me if I'd got everything I came for. Very impressed with their attitude.”
