Was met by Kirsty, who by contrast could not have been more smiley, patient, sympathetic and helpful and sorted every detail out for me right there and then. Very grateful to her for the rapid, on-the-spot service and for the human warmth , both of which I have started to despair of ever encountering from NW's central service.”
