“Tiny little branch, usually only one teller at the counter. I have ben before and staff are so helpful and polite. Would recommend popping in if you have any banking issues.”
“Not a good place to hold up, there's only one exit and it's a long way from the money. Furthermore outside is a pedestrian area so makes for a very obvious getaway car, or you're on foot. Once you even get to the road, there's not a lot of scope due to the one way system. Probably best heading down Duke Street, but that's always congested so you'll probably get caught.However, if you're after regular banking services it's fine.”

“Visited today with my partner to make a transfer for our house purchase and had such a good experience. We were greeted at the door by a friendly, smiley member of staff who dealt with our initial enquiry very efficiently. We then went into one of the office spaces and were totally put at ease by the member of staff we did the transaction with. It can be a stressful experience to transfer a deposit, but Lloyds really did make it as stress free as they possibly could which we are very grateful for!”

“Been a customer of Leeds for over 40 years, always been happy till now. I've been trying to add funds to my ISA, I have been dealing with the call centre (when I can get through), a long story but forms sent back don't appear to have been processed and nobody seems to be able to determine whether they have been received or not, always promises of we will look into it and email/phone you, needless to say no calls/emails ever materialised. Went into my local Norwich branch, a totally different experience, seen immediately even though it was lunchtime, helpful efficient staff, filled in forms there and then, advised what to do, all with a cheery can do attitude. So 5 stars for Norwich branch, 2 stars for call centre as they were polite. Don't bother with the call centre, use the branch.”
“Machines are handy for most transactions paying in etc which is a good job because all the cashiers have been removed now down to two !This is one of only a few branches remaining since Prince Of Wales Road closed down and also Natwest at Wroxham also closed such a shame.”

“Very nice spot in centrally located free for you to chill inside and relax for all age groups. Very good range if hot drinks and biscuits given. Staffed by well mannered, well presented team members. All you need is a Virgin Money account and you can go in with a plus one. Would highly recommend if you go to the city on a regular basis”

“I had received a suspicious text claiming fraud on my account. Went into the branch for some guidance. They allowed me to sit at a private desk at the back of the office, use their phone to call the fraud team and gave me assistance throughout the call. Fantastic customer service all round. Friendly, helpful staff that I have nothing but praise for.”
