“Quite a bit of a wait despite being the only person in the place and collecting one item prescription, and it's a wait every time you go in even before the pandemic. Staff were friendly right enough and went out of their way to get some paper bags from the back since they had no carrier bags for the shelf item I bought.”

“I have been a few times and have recenty changed over to collect my own perscriptions here. Only ever seen the staff being very friendly even when very busy. Just my experiences. Even given a child's badge for being brave with my man flu (I'm 50!!!! Gotta appreciate the cheeky humour there)”

“Visited ‘The Pharmacy’ today.I was greeted promptly & efficiently by an extremely pleasant member of staff, Rosaleen.The pharmacy was extremely busy with many customers waiting.I was very anxious as my medication has been unavailable recently.I had also been trying to arrange a compliance aid for my elderly relative.Despite being extremely busy, the dispensary staff & the pharmacist took time & patience to alleviate my anxiety.I couldn’t be more thankful.The pharmacy was so busy it would have been easy to fob me off.Very impressed, shall be moving pharmacy.Well done ??”

“This pharmacy is amazing! The staff go above and beyond and are so friendly. On one occasion my elderly fathers prescription had been missed by his doctors surgery and he needed his medication for the next day. The lovely young girl behind the counter kindly called the surgery and between her and the pharmacist, my dad's medication was in my hand in no time at all! I wouldn't go anywhere else!”
