“Great wee shop. We are in every week and always find a bargain. Friendly, cheerful staff, especially Kim who has a sparkling personality and goes above and beyond everytime. The banter between staff and customers is first class, not Lee however, whose banter is rotten ?”

“Excellent customer service from the staff at Next Silverburn. My Directory parcel went missing and the staff went above and beyond to help me in a friendly and efficient manner. Thanks in particular to Gemma and another young guy who was serving on the tills at the time, they both provided excellent customer service.”

“No shopping today, just a visit to cafe with friend for brunch. Very busy. Considering so, service was terrificYou choose and pay at main line waiting point. You are given an order no.on a stand to display at your table of choice and staff bring your order. Today was link sausage Ciabattas and pots of tea. Sorry very remiss of me not to photograph food which was delicious. Situated on upper floor via escalator, this cafe has a big selection of breakfast brunch and lunch items a great kiddies menu and as mentioned earlier, great service. A bit hectic atmosphere wise but enjoyable nonetheless.?”

“Popped in of the off chance of a TKMAXX bargain, and it did not disappoint. Got what I was looking for, only better, and a wee extra impulse buy. So, I was delighted. My only qualm is I was looking for wallets/purses and went to the counter where 5 members of staff were standing chatting. When I said excuse me to interrupt them they looked at me as if I had just crawled out from under a stone, looked at one another as if to say who is answering and abruptly pointed to the pillar I had just come from then they went back to chatting to their friend. (Someone had obviously popped in to see them) other than this, it was fine”

“I tend to use this store when buying a gift for family etc. The quality is high, and while it isn't the cheapest clothes store it certainly isn't too expensive either. A nice balance.”

“Just wanted to leave a review to say that the staff member Ethan who works in the John Lewis fragrance section was so lovely to my partner & I when we were searching for my partner's first ever cologne. We'd come in, not knowing where to start, and Ethan was so helpful, directing us to Mont Blanc's Explorer and Givenchy's Gentleman, which were both amazing contenders (my partner eventually chose Mont Blanc & they totally love it). Thank you Ethan!”

“A big Morrisons located conveniently in the heart of Glasgow. Which is nice because most big supermarkets require a trip outside the city centre. The cafe is very good with cheap prices and high quality hot food. This store also had some impressive variety owing to its size and included some unusual items and had a lot of added value options. These include a bakery, rotisserie, fishmonger and fresh cheese section. Also has its own independent car park which makes driving to it convenient.”

“Here we have my local tk maxx. It's a great store. This particular store is very well kept! Everything is very clean and well organised. Easy to find what you're looking for. The staff are also friendly and professional.”

“Great shop. Staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. Just a shame more of them aren't on the tills. The self service area is only suitable for a few items. I actually complained tonight about lack of staff serving. Also disappointing that lots of lovely baked goods are uncovered.”

“Great fragrance products - the candles, hand wash, etc, all smell amazing and last for ages…although be prepared to pay for that quality.I find the clothing quite lacklustre but the bedsheets are incredible! High thread count, well paid, really luxurious. The home items are nice but totally overpriced. The store itself is laid out pretty well but it can feel a bit cramped (I worked here when it first opened and it used to be more spread out with more space for moving around). The staff tend to be lovely - although on my visit this week they were too busy chatting to each other as they restocked, to acknowledge me…”

“short queues, efficient, friendly staff, fresh produce that actually is fresh and lasts at home for week, okay for top up shop or meal deal or tobacco but not the place for a full grocery shop as the range is not extensive.”

“Brighthouse has been here a while and while most of there products are up to date it's the high repayment price if you can overtook that then for sure nice shop friendly staff.”

“I went in looking for a jumper i had saw online. It was supposed to be in stock in the store but i couldnt see it. A lovely sales assistant went looking for it and then when she couldnt fund it went to check the stock room. I wasnt expecting her to find it but she came back down with one. This is what i call customer service and i will be recommending Next to friends.”

“The John Lewis here is huge, with multiple floors and it can be accessed from either the Buchanan Galleries or the other side where the Buchanan Bus Station is. I've enjoyed browsing through the products on here but I have found this place to be quite pricy but the quality is always excellent. I enjoy looking through the technology section and seeing what's new and what's coming up. I once had an issue with one of the products I purchased and the staff there went above and beyond to ensure that I had my problem solved. They also have toilets here for the customers and they have men's toilets, women's toilets, baby changing and disabled toilets. They are good at accommodating customer needs.”

“Nostalgia hits hard, it’s a shop which feels like it’s stuck in time, in the best way possible. At least for me personally it has great memories of the nostalgic tiles from being very young, unlike modern shops (which are great too!)”
