“Really positive experience. We went in to notify them of my mum's death and they bent over backwards to fit us in and make us feel comfortable. The whole process was completed within 15 minutes by a lovely young lady called Lawryn who couldn't have been more polite and helpful. “Really lovely and polite staff, especially one lady cant remember her first name but her badge had Carroll on it. Very chatty and friendly, not just doing her job and shoving you out of the door. Did get quite busy and some were frustrated by this. Quite a small branch but also had free parking outside the front of the building”

Staff are efficient and do exactly what is asked and needed in the profession. Bank itself is Clean and always has enough staff to help with any queries or problems.”

“There is a member of staff at this branch I believe his name is Dave (I’m so sorry if I’ve got that wrong! He has tattoos and a beard and very cool bracelets), he was AMAZING!! I was owed some money by natwest and had been having great trouble getting it sorted and going back and forth on the natwest phone number. I went in yesterday just to book an appointment in the hopes to figure out next steps but instead the problem was solved by lunchtime today. Dave was friendly and went above and beyond to sort my problem for me and even took my number so he could call me to tell me what he was doing to sort it out. He said he would make sure the money would be back in my account by 4pm, and it was! He is a credit to all of Natwest and I would highly recommend him if you ever need some help here. Thankyou!”
