“This isn't quite my nearest Post Office but I come here because of the helpful and friendly staff and the convenient opening times. They are open from very early (before 7am) all day and even for a few hours on a Sunday.Even when there's a queue you don't usually have to wait too long as they're very efficient. If a customer is taking a long time they will generally serve you at the 'shop' till, I'm always in a hurry and I really appreciate this place for making my life easier!”

“A lovely helpful lady served me,...I had to phone a customer of mine ,to get full delivery details,..patiently she waited,as it was a sensitive order I was sending...in fact,...it was a funeral tribute made out of feathers,. When I handed her the parcel,and showing her a photo what was in the box .she said"it's as light as a feather"..in fact ..500 feathers in a wing shape...Brilliant service..thank you”

“Very helpful staff, I had to return a Amazon item.. I checked all the open post offices and only two came up. First one even though staff apologized that the post office wasn't open until the afternoon gave me directions to this post office.I can understand the reason behind this, short staffed, lack of training.. and although both staff being helpful, the staff at this post office was very polite and friendly.Now I know not to waste my time at the other post office!”

I get free delivery using this service as opposed to paying delivery costs for home delivery - I must have saved a small fortune by using this service over the years. Despite not living in Ipswich I work nearby so it is easy and convenient for me to pick parcels up. I get text messages letting me know when goods are ready for collection. I have used this service many times over the last few years and staff have always been professional with me and everything has gone smoothly.”
