“Was in the store yesterday with my grandma who was looking for a fascinator, shoes and a bag Judith A and Evie could not have been more helpful. We were not rushed at all the staff had all the time in the world and let my grandma try on her own dress and jacket along with a number of their fascinators and shoes to see which suited her best and what one she was most comfortable with. 11/10 customer service cannot thank both Judith and Evie enough. Will be returning whenever we need more occasion wear; Even ended up leaving with shoes and a bag for myself! Thanks ladies xx”

“Fantastic experience with Caitlin who pierced my daughters ears. Very caring, reassuring and professional, a pain free experience and very, very clean.She was absolutely lovely! It would’ve been five stars if there’d been a better system in place for booking. I think there should be a booking system, which would be more helpful for staff too as they were constantly having to repeat the information and direct people to the queue outside, it was a bit chaotic and I felt it for the staff.However I would definitely recommend and return based on the experience we had today! “Popped in to collect a Perfume I had ordered online as a gift and on my visit, I wanted to see if I could find a new perfume for myself. I didn’t want to spend over a certain amount and Adam went above and beyond to help find me just the right scent! It’s been a while since I’ve came across a staff member as helpful as him.”

“I had my ears pierced there yesterday and it’s the best piercing I’ve ever had, girl who did it was great totally put me at ease and found the best spot to do the piercing. I’ve had no swelling no soreness at all, I keep forgetting I’ve had them done, totally different experience to the other piercings I’ve had on my ear lobes at other places which have ended up infected despite following aftercare. Would 100% go to Claire’s for my next piercing.”

“Went in to this store at approx 7pm on Friday 18th Feb with a friend looking to find a signature scent for himself. We were greeted by two wonderful young sales assistants, I unfortunately didn’t catch their names but I sincerely hope they see this review. They made us feel so comfortable and welcome as they talked my friend through every fragrance and narrowed them down to the two that he eventually came away with. They had fantastic customer service, a great sense of humour, and bubbly personalities. We must have been in the store for at least 45+ minutes but the time flew by as we chatted about fragrances and they gave their honest opinions on what they liked and what suited my friend. To top it off we received a load of free samples to take away which was a very nice touch. The store had a great selection and whatever they didn’t have they were apologetic for and would recommend a substitute. Can’t recommend them enough and those brilliant women deserve a pay rise. Keep up the good work, I’m sure we’ll be back for more fragrances in the future!”

“I was served at the till on Thursday 11 th August by a lovely young lady who is a credit to your store, she had long dark hair put back in a pony tail I didn't get her name, but she helped me with my phone at the till so I could get my points, I was only buying one top this time, not as though I was buying loads, she was so kind and patient and was very pleasant and didn't have to help me at all, a credit to this store.”
