“I tried to contact the Swansea branch this morning but the call went unanswered many times, so I phoned the 0345 number. I got through to a call centre and the person who took my call was not able to help and did not grasp the essence of my call. I gave up. Then, this afternoon I got a call from Deena in the Swansea branch who was returning the calls to the numbers that had not been answered. I was so impressed. Deena was able to answer my query and offered me a solution. Wow. What a fantastic service. Full marks to TSB Swansea for their initiative in following up missed calls and the superb and friendly customer servcie.”

“Nationwide. Though that was in 2000as had a solicitor letter confirmation of my details . Great Building Society though can be awkward if it’s a long period before actually with drawing in Branch as I’d totally gotten messed about as hadn’t received any replacement card though after 3-4 days could not access my own available cash withdrawal as hadn’t gotten the replacement card. Apart from this 1 problem, they are a leading example of getting the facts correct. Would have been a 5 star review though since the incident occurred in 2017 it’s been a pleasure having an account with National wide Building Society.”
