“I have been a Vodafone customer for 12 years now, and I won't be changing any time soon.I have always received good service when I came into the shop. Staff were friendly and polite, happy to help.I had to use their service more often over the past year or so due to changes in my personal circumstances. I needed to sort out an iPhone for my son (yes, it had to be iPhone, and the latest one if possible) and get a new home broadband for my new house so I can continue working from home. And sort it fast.I am a single parent and not rolling in money, but the guys went above and beyond to find us what my son liked and an Internet package that would enable me to work from home, for affordable price. They even chased the installation date for me.Only this week, I went in to see if I could get a new phone, something up-to-date to replace my tired old Huawei 20pro. And once again, no problem there. I admit the phone has features I will probably never even use, not very tecchy. They said if I had any issues transferring data from my old phone to come back and they'd do it for me. And a day later, they did, no trouble at all.I would like to thank Daniel and Ryan for their excellent customer service and all their help.”
