“Completely unprofessional. Would avoid using their services at all costs. Not even willing to listen to your concerns. Never expected ICICI to have such poor customer service.Update: updating my review as they were very prompt on following up on my negative experience. They reached out to me personally again and took time to understand my concern and tried to work with me on finding a resolution. Sanya and another gentleman I spoke to who was from tamilnadu (forgot his name) were very prompt on following up. I definitely felt heard and that was all that I needed.”

“A modern bank branch with helpful staff that are happy to answer your queries. It's disappointing there are no teller stations in this branch. That is the way things are going for smaller branches but I still like to talk to a person when dealing with my accounts sometimes, and don't want to have to travel to do so.
