I was made to feel like my choice of running shoes was the most important thing to the shop assistant (sorry did not get your name) at the time.He actually said he would prefer spending time doing the gait analysis rather than have me buy a pair of shoes without checking.Prices were as expected. I possibly I could pay less on Internet, but shoes are important so I think worth going to a good shop.When I went in I assumed it was a shop for those who run far and fast, which I don't, but came away feeling neither intimidated nor inadequate. It felt like a very inclusive shop and with knowledgeable and caring staff.I bought Asics gt2000-12I think my son will be going along next.”

“Shoes are much better bought in store, if quality staff are available to advise and assist. This place provides excellent service from staff who are attentive, knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in finding shoes which are comfortable, stylish, and fit for purpose. When I visited, the shop was extremely busy - but the efficient staff remained calm, smiling and helpful. Although staff were working non-stop, there was no sense of rush or hurry. I selected 4 pairs of shoes for the family. Harry, Christopher and Eleanor were so helpful - nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. A slight ordering glitch (no fault, just 'one of these things') resulted in the staff doing everything they could to put things right. You won't get this service online - a visit to this shop is highly recommended.”

“A loveky shopping experience every time we're un here getting our 15 month old feet sized. A young team of females who are very enthusiastic and great with children. Even when she's screaming our daughter is screaming the place down and launching shoes at the staff . . . We'll certainly be back again soon for more shoes! Always well stocked with a lovely selection of shoes. The staff are great and well organised even when the shop is busy - currently heaving with back to school shoe sizings so using tickets to keep your spot. Would recommend Silverburn Clark's to go for your shoes especially for correctly fit first walkers for the wee ones.”

I was heading to the concert hall for my son's graduation the weather was awful and we had been travelling for several hours to get there resulting in my feet killing me in my heels . I knew there were so many steep step to get to our seats ? I needed comfy footwear but what wouldn't look rediculous with my 50s style outfit?? JD to the rescue fabulous converses that looked cool with the dress, staff that helped get the shoes while I stood in the large queue to save me time ,showing me where I could change into them and finally a lovely staff member running up the stairs to spray protection onto my new converse to protect them from the heavy ?️ ❣️”

Situated on upper floor via escalator, this cafe has a big selection of breakfast brunch and lunch items a great kiddies menu and as mentioned earlier, great service. A bit hectic atmosphere wise but enjoyable nonetheless.?”
